1. The background of technology development
In industrial processes, towns, sewage treatment, water supply, and industrial process cooling and circulating water supply equipment, the use of slowly closed check valves, cut-off type pump control valves and liquid controlled butterfly valves is used in the past, in order to meet the automatic control of water lift and reduce the demand for labor intensity, but there is a low service life and a stop pump. Vibration, noise, leakage of oil, easy clogging (bad industrial and mining), large diameter manufacturing difficulties, large occupied space, large resistance, energy consumption and so on.

This product is a new type of control valve series products, which fully utilize the medium pressure of the pipe itself to automatically open and close, especially using the latest technical cylinder (air spring) as the control cylinder, which not only satisfies the control requirements of automatic water lifting, but also overcomes the problem of slash, sewage, mud and so on. 2, function, use

The hemispherical air control valve is installed in the slurry pump, slurry pump, sewage pump, mud pump, and water pump outlet. It is mainly used in electric power, metallurgy, mine and petrochemical, chemical industry, medicine, sewage, paper making and other industries. It not only eliminates water hammer, but also has small resistance, energy saving, small volume and low cost, and is suitable for slurry, sewage, mud, clean water and other systems.

1, slowly open and slow closed by the cylinder (gas spring) control, no external bypass line, no connection with the medium, so the valve is suitable for unclean medium, such as slurry, sewage and so on.

2, the work force from the valve medium, no external power source, when the pump stops, the valve can automatically act according to the operation of the pump. No manual, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and other external forces are required. Manual operation is not required. It has the effect of automatic slow opening, quick closing and slow closing. The operation is safe and reliable.

3, the flow area is large, the cross sectional area of the valve plate is small, and the running resistance of the control valve is 80% less than that of the ordinary pump control valve, and the energy saving effect is obvious, and the resistance coefficient of this valve is 0.2.

4. The valve plate is streamlined. If the fluid is laminar flow when entering the valve, the fluid can still maintain laminar flow when the valve is discharged, so it can be applied to some specific working conditions.

5, the sealing surface of the valve body is a conical surface and the sealing surface of the valve plate is spherical. It is made of high hard material. It can cut off, crush and drain all kinds of filamentous, granular suspension and semi suspended impurities. The other characteristic of the eccentric sphere is automatic compensation for wear, especially ball depression.

6, the sealing area is very small, full use of the full energy of the medium in the valve to promote the valve seal, the sealing energy is huge, so the seal specific pressure is especially huge, so that the zero and hard seal can be realized smoothly.

7, the valve body body structure adopts eccentric butterfly valve type, and the flow line tortoise back valve plate structure can withstand high pressure and can make the wall thickness to the lowest, thus overcoming the disadvantage of the butterfly valve high pressure, and greatly extends its pressure range; the shape of the sealing surface of the valve plate and the rotation track, such as the hemispherical valve, can form the line seal, but overcoming the hemispherical valve occupying air. The smaller the sealing surface of the seal surface is, the smaller the clearance area of the valve seal is, the smaller the clearance area of the valve plate is, the larger the area is, the greater the wedge valve is, it also overcomes the disadvantages of the large space and the large wear of the seal face, and the closing time and the initial time of the opening of the valve reclose the axis of the valve, such as the cut-off. Structure principle

It is composed of valve body, butterfly plate, stem, cam, bracket, cylinder (air spring), etc. the stem penetrates the butterfly plate and is fixed on the butterfly plate through pin. The butterfly plate is installed in the opening of the valve body and can be rotated with the stem to realize the opening and closing of the fluid. The stem is connected with the butterfly plate to the valve body, and one end of the stem is fixed to the cam and the support of the stem. Fixed to the side of the valve body, the cylinder (air spring) is fixed on the bracket, the dynamic end of the air spring contact with the arc surface of the cam, and can be telescopic with the rotation of the cam to realize the slow opening and slow closing of the butterfly plate.

The valve is installed in the pipe network system after the pump, when the pump is pumped, the pressure water is opened to the butterfly plate, the butterfly plate drives the cam through the stem, and the cam is subjected to the compression of the cylinder (air spring) to prevent its rotation, forcing the butterfly plate to turn slowly and open, realizing the purpose of slow opening.

When the pump is stopped, the water of the pipe network starts to reverse flow, and the butterfly plate is connected to the valve stem and cam, and the cam is also subjected to the pressure of the cylinder (air spring) to stop it to turn, forcing the butterfly plate to close only slowly and achieve the goal of slow closure.
