Y-HG1 Metallurgical Standard Hydraulic Cylinder

The Y-HG1 series double acting piston hydraulic cylinder is an actuator that uses hydraulic pressure to drive the piston rod to move in both positive and negative directions, driving other working components to move back and forth in a straight line. It has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, convenient assembly and disassembly, and can be equipped with buffering and deflation devices.
Suitable for metallurgical machinery and in accordance with the standard ISO6020/1-1981 series hydraulic cylinder installation connection type.



Structure: This standard cylinder is equipped with 17 types of cylinder diameters (40, 50, 63, 80, 90, 100, 110, 125, 140, 150, 160, 180, 200, 220, 250, 280, 320) according to 34 regulations composed of two speed ratios (1.46, 2). Divided into buffer structures with gaps and buffer structures without gaps. The cylinder head and cylinder tail can also have one-way air release valves, which can be used for quick start of hydraulic cylinders with clearance buffer and for air release. The dustproof seal of the rod adopts a replaceable structure, which is convenient for on-site maintenance. The piston rod is plated with protective hard chromium, which has characteristics such as dust prevention, rust prevention, corrosion prevention, and wear resistance.
Installation and connection: comply with the installation and connection dimensions of the ISO6020/1-1981 series hydraulic cylinders. There are basic types for different cylinder diameters, including front and rear rectangular flanges, front and rear mounting flanges, front and rear circular flanges, front, middle, and rear hinge shafts, single ear rings for the head, and axial and radial foot stands, totaling 13 installation forms. Except for the axial tripod type, the installation and connection dimensions all comply with I6020, 1-1981.
Ordering Notice
The pressure rating E can be applied to working pressures ranging from 6.3 to 16 MPa.
The installation and connection forms should be specified according to the symbols on the table, except for the specific size of the middle hinge shaft that needs to be indicated on the model number 1. Please refer to the table for the external connection size.
If gap buffering is required, please fill in H to match.
Please fill in the itinerary according to the tiers in Table 4 of the itinerary series.
Please indicate any special requirements for the working medium, applicable temperature, testing, external painting, packaging, etc. of hydraulic cylinders.
The rod end earrings are customized by the user.

Oil port series
Note:
1. The size of this oil port is determined by the high flow rate V0 (5m/sec) of the piston oil port.
2. The cylinder diameter D ≥ 250, and the oil port adopts a split flange structure.
Various installation forms, allowable large stroke S under rated pressure (see table), among which
S1- Head flange or axial tripod installation, with ear rings at the rod end;
S2- Head flange or axial tripod installation, without earrings at the rod end;
S3- Tail flange installation, with ear rings at the rod end;
S4- Tail flange installation, without earrings at the rod end;
S5- Tail hinge or tail single earring installation, with earrings at the rod end;
S6- Head hinge installation, with ear rings at the rod end;
S7- Middle hinge shaft installation, with ear rings at the rod end;
Large stroke
The numbers in the table are calculated based on stability for the large stroke, and exceeding the range in this table is considered non-standard. The designer needs to ensure stability on their own
Journey series
This series adopts the basic series of ISO4393 hydraulic transmission with one cylinder and one piston stroke, please choose it first.
External dimensions
Note:
When selecting a hydraulic cylinder, the calculation force should be increased by 10% considering the pipeline resistance loss and the friction loss in the mechanism.
2. Oil ports with a diameter of D ≤ 20 are connected with threads, while oil ports with a diameter of D ≥ 250 are connected with split flanges. The dimensions in the table are the diameter of the oil port.

Order Notice
When selecting head earrings for metallurgical hydraulic cylinders, they should be ordered separately.
2. The earring image number E includes two forms: E1E2. E1 is equipped with joint bearings, E2 is without joint bearings (with shaft sleeves), and the installation dimensions remain unchanged.
3. When placing an order, the cylinder diameter D and rod diameter d should be specified.

Instructions for use
The determination and selection of hydraulic cylinder diameter, rod diameter, and pressure must consider the pressure of the hydraulic system pressure source and the loss of the system. The control and adjustment of pressure are determined by the hydraulic system pressure regulating valve.
2. Before working, the hydraulic cylinder must undergo several reciprocating movements with low pressure (greater than the starting pressure), and the one-way air release valves at both ends must be opened alternately to eliminate the gas in the cylinder before normal operation can be carried out. A combination sealing gasket must be added between the inlet and outlet joints to tighten them tightly to prevent oil leakage.
To ensure the service life of the hydraulic cylinder, impurities and dirt should not be mixed in the medium used to avoid scratching the inner wall of the cylinder, damaging the seal, and causing internal and external leakage.
Pressure: This standard cylinder is divided into two pressure levels: E/G. E-class is suitable for hydraulic cylinders with a pressure range of>6.3-16MPa (referred to as E-class cylinders); G-class is suitable for hydraulic cylinders with a pressure range of>16-25MPa (referred to as G-class cylinders).
Sealing: The E-class cylinder adopts a Yx type sealing ring with a simple structure and good wear resistance. The G-class cylinder adopts a high-pressure resistant and reliable V-shaped combination sealing ring.
Dust prevention: This hydraulic cylinder is equipped with polyurethane or nitrile rubber frameless dust rings.
Applicable media: hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, emulsion, not suitable for phosphate grease.
Applicable temperature: -40 ℃ to+80 ℃, not suitable for low temperatures below -40 ℃ or high temperatures above+80 ℃.
