Technical requirements of multi-function pump control valve

This standard is applicable to multifunctional pump control valves with nominal pressure of PN1.0MPa - PN4.0MPa and nominal diameter of DN50mm - DN1200mm. Standard technical requirements are introduced as follows: 1 pressure - temperature level multifunction pump control valve pressure - temperature grade from shell, inner part and control pipe system material
This standard is applicable to multifunctional pump control valves with nominal pressure of PN1.0MPa - PN4.0MPa and nominal diameter of DN50mm - DN1200mm.
The standard technical requirements are introduced as follows:
1 pressure - temperature degree
The pressure temperature level of the multi-function pump control valve is determined by the pressure of the shell, the internals and the material of the control pipe system. The maximum allowable working pressure of the multi-function pump control valve at a temperature takes the small value of the maximum allowable pressure value at the temperature of the shell, the inner part and the control pipe system material.
The pressure temperature rating of the iron shell should comply with the requirements of GB/T17241.7.
The pressure temperature rating of steel shell should comply with GB/T9124 regulations.
For GB/T17241.7 and GB/T9124, materials that do not specify pressure - temperature grades may be specified in accordance with relevant standards or design requirements.
2 valve body
Valve body flange
The flange should be cast with the body as a whole. The type and size of the iron flange should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17241.6, the technical conditions should conform to the provisions of the GB/T17241.7; the type and size of the steel flange should be in accordance with the provisions of the GB/T9113.1, and the technical conditions should be in accordance with the regulations of the GB/T9124.
Minimum wall thickness of the valve body
The minimum wall thickness of the cast iron valve body shall comply with the requirements of Table 3 in GB/T13932 - 1992, and the minimum wall thickness of the steel casting valve body shall comply with the requirements in Table 1 of JB/T8937 1999.
3 valve cover diaphragm
Flange type shall be adopted for connection between valve cover and diaphragm seat, diaphragm seat and valve body.
The number of connecting bolts of the diaphragm seat and the valve body must not be less than 4.
The minimum thickness of the valve cover and the diaphragm seat is 2.3.
The flange of the valve cover and the diaphragm seat should be round. The type of flange sealing surface can be planar, bursting or concave convex.
4 stem, closed valve plate, main valve plate
The closed valve plate and the stem should be fastened and reliable.
The seal type of the slow closing valve plate and the main valve plate should adopt the metal seal type.
The main valve plate and stem must be flexible and reliable.
The seal of the main valve plate and the main valve seat can be made of two types: metal seal and non-metal seal.
5 diaphragm
The performance of the diaphragm shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.
The appearance quality of the diaphragm should be in accordance with the regulations of HG/T3090.
When applied to drinking water, the safety of membrane materials should comply with the requirements of GB/T17219.
6 control pipe system
The components of the control system should be able to withstand the maximum working pressure of the valve, and no leakage can occur in all parts.
7 material
The selection of main parts and materials should be in accordance with JB/T5300 regulations.
The copper alloy castings should meet the requirements of GB/T12225; the gray cast iron castings should conform to the provisions of the GB/T12226, and the tensile strength should not be less than 200MPa; the spheroidal graphite cast iron castings should conform to the regulations of GB/T12227; the carbon steel castings should conform to the regulations of GB/T12229; the austenitic steel castings should conform to the regulations of GB/T12230.
The appearance quality of the castings of the steel multi-function pump control valve should meet the requirements of JB/T7927, and the appearance quality of the castings of the iron multi function pump control valve shall be referred to the provisions of the JB/T7927.
8 shell strength
The shell strength of the multi-function pump control valve should comply with the requirements of GB/T13927.
9 sealing performance
The sealing performance of the multi-function pump control valve should comply with the requirements of GB/T13927.
10 cleanliness
The cleanliness of the multi-functional pump control valve should comply with the requirements of JB/T7748.
11 coating
When applied to drinking water, the safety of the coating material of the multi-function pump control valve cavity should comply with the requirements of GB/T17219. The outer surface coating is not specified, and the special requirements are specified in the order contract.
