Jb series fixed cylinder

The five common methods for customizing hydraulic cylinders are: swing type, free type, flange type, earring type, and tripod type.
The fixing methods for them are as follows:
1. The middle swing device method is to swing the device TC at the center position of the cylinder to complete the fixation of the cylinder. This device method allows the cylinder to swing around the central ear shaft, which is suitable for long cylinders.
2. The free type device method refers to using the threads inside the cylinder body to screw into the mechanical body without using device accessories to fix the device; Alternatively, the external threads of the cylinder block can be used to secure the cylinder to the machinery using nuts; It can also be fixed to the machinery with screws through the screw holes on the end cover.
3. The flange type device can be divided into front flange type and rear flange type. The front flange type refers to the use of flanges and screws to fix the cylinder at the front cover, while the rear flange type refers to the installation of a flange at the rear cover and the use of screws to fix it. It is also suitable for fields where the direction of load movement is consistent with the axis of the piston rod.
4. The earring type device method is divided into single ear type and double ear type, which refers to fixing the cylinder end cover and earring type device accessories together with screws at the rear end cover of the SC series standard cylinder. The cylinder with a pin hole in the vertical direction of the piston rod axis can swing the load and cylinder around the pin axis. When moving rapidly, the larger the swing angle, the greater the lateral load borne by the piston rod.
5. The tripod type device method, indicated by LB, refers to the use of an L-shaped device tripod in conjunction with a screw hole at the front end cover to fix the device. The device tripod can withstand a large overturning moment and can be used in situations where the direction of load movement is consistent with the axis of the piston rod.
What is the standard cylinder pressure generally? It is still necessary to confirm based on the valve. If the hundred valves cannot withstand it, no matter how much pressure your cylinder has, the general valve is 3-8KG.
Customized calculation method for hydraulic cylinders:
1、 The primary basis for approximate calculation is based on additional air pressure and standard cylinder diameter.
For example: air pressure of 0.5Mpa (5.0985811 kgf/cm2), cylinder diameter of 50mm (5cm), cylinder cross-sectional area=pi * (5/2) ^ 2=19.63 (cm2)
So, the theoretical output at 0.5Mpa=5.0985811 * 19.63=100.085 (kilogram force)
But only for theoretical output, the actual power will be lower depending on the operating conditions.
2、 The cross-sectional area of the rodless chamber * working air pressure=piston thrust A, and the cross-sectional area of the rodless chamber * working air pressure=piston return force. The normal working pressure for commonly designed pneumatic components is 0.4 megapascals, and the output pressure of commonly used air compressors is 0.4-0.7 megapascals. The reasoning requirement test required to advance a 700kg workpiece is to confirm the piston stroke based on the requirement.
